Tyrice brings more than eight years of experience across technology, entrepreneurship, and business operations. He has helped more than 100 businesses and previously built a seven-figure funding company helping small businesses access capital. That experience shaped how he approaches Elyt: start with the business, not the technology. Understand how revenue is generated, where teams lose time, where processes break down, and where additional capacity can create real leverage.
At Elyt, Tyrice is focused on building AI Employees that solve those problems, giving businesses more capacity to sell, serve customers, follow up, and operate without simply adding another piece of software to the stack. He believes AI should work like an employee: understand the business, follow its rules, and get meaningful work done.

Robert Romero
Robert brings a business first perspective to Elyt, grounded in his experience understanding how organizations actually operate. He graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University, developing the analytical foundation that shapes how he approaches complex business problems.
He understands how competing priorities, stretched teams, and inefficient processes can quietly cost a business time and capacity. At Elyt, he helps turn those realities into practical opportunities for AI Employees to create meaningful capacity. He looks at where capacity is being lost, and what would make the biggest difference if it were handled better. The goal isn't to add AI for the sake of AI. It's to build the right AI around the way the business actually works.

Omkar Thakur
Omkar holds an M.S. in Data Science from the University of Maryland and brings hands-on experience building AI and data systems. His work spans generative AI, multi-agent systems, retrieval, machine learning, data pipelines, and the infrastructure required to deploy AI into real-world applications.
At Elyt, Omkar builds the technical foundation behind the AI Workforce, connecting AI models, business knowledge, data, integrations, and workflows into systems designed to perform real work. When a business needs more than an off-the-shelf AI Employee, Omkar designs and engineers the system behind it.
