2. Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are current public pricing or starting points as of the date shown above.

Current public pricing may include:

• Web & SMS: $1,500 one-time implementation + $497/month
• AI Receptionist: $2,500 one-time implementation + $997/month
• AI Workforce Starter: $5,000 one-time implementation + $2,497/month

Custom AI Workforce deployments may require different pricing based on the business’s requirements, systems, integrations, scope, and implementation needs.

Elyt Agents reserves the right to change pricing, products, features, or availability at any time. Pricing applicable to a customer will be determined by the applicable agreement or order.

3. Demonstrations and Examples

Certain examples, demonstrations, walkthroughs, calculators, illustrations, and other materials on this website are provided for demonstration or educational purposes.

This includes walkthroughs, AI demonstrations, sample conversations, workflow examples, and the ROI calculator.

These materials may use hypothetical scenarios and are not representations of actual customer results unless specifically identified as such.

The ROI calculator provides an estimate based on the information entered by the user. It is not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of revenue, savings, lead volume, conversion rate, or other business results.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Elyt Agents does not guarantee a particular increase in revenue, leads, appointments, conversion rates, cost savings, rankings, customer volume, or other business outcome.

Results from an AI Workforce depend on factors including the customer’s industry, market, offer, lead quality, sales process, pricing, customer demand, capacity, implementation, integrations, and other circumstances outside Elyt Agents’ control.

Our goal is to build AI Employees and workflows that create additional business capacity and consistently execute defined tasks. Actual results will vary.

5. AI Services

AI Employees provided by Elyt Agents are designed to perform defined business tasks using the business knowledge, rules, workflows, and systems configured for the customer’s deployment.

AI generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or require human review.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the business rules, information, workflows, escalation procedures, and other instructions used by their AI Workforce.

AI Employees are not a substitute for professional judgment where human review, authorization, or decision-making is required.

6. Professional Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, medical, financial, investment, accounting, or other professional advice.

Elyt Agents does not provide medical or clinical guidance through its website or AI demonstrations.

References to industries such as dental or med spa are intended to describe potential administrative, scheduling, intake, communication, or operational use cases and should not be interpreted as clinical or medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property
